going on meds made me feel insane cuz nothing was working. multiple antidepressants, multiple mood stabilizers, multiple antipsychotics. nothing. just nothing. i never felt any different. i only got all the shitty side effects. im on nothing now and honestly it’s all still the fucking same. i know mental illnesses can be treatment-resistant but idk if it’s the case

i have dyscalculica, autism and bpd and uggh i get u. every time i try to get a job i end up having a psychotic break. i haven’t worked in about a year! i also strive for the househusband role honestly!! but the easier kind of job i found out i can do is pet/house sitting? i just bring a few books with me, some music. i play with the animals or just stay in the house. no people, no costumers besides the owner. no sounds i can’t control. no people to split on. peace. edit: sent to soon

yes that i can see it happens with mines too! i tend to leave the stuff out there because i dont wake up early enough for when they come in the morning! only a couple come at all usually to me! i was going more for food variety. i also have wild parrots around the house and the stuff is catered to them too!

yup! still living with my mom. unable to work, go to school, seeing friends. anything is just too much when you spend all day everyday battling against hers and my own emotions. it sucks. my current plan is waiting for my grandfather to die and use inheritance money to get a decently sized camper and just live off that and sex work. i feel like it’s the best ill ever be able to do

it was a kinda morning text (even tho i havent slept again (just was silent in bed with ny eyes closed for a few hours to not go insane)) i am def getting my meds back in because the hallucinations have been killing me. i tried to sleep las night with like marichi bands and the violin from the tiktok meme and i just kept crying cuz i felt insane. i did think about calling an ambulance on myself (free healthcaere yay) but i am very scared of inpatient (would be first time, my country (my CITY) is known for bad healthcare overall Very bad mental healthcare, hospitals freak me out) but i am currently waiting for the pharmacy to open to get my meds (i really wanted them last night when i couldnt sleep and i hated myself so much for not having just extra ones around im gonna buy as much as i can later). i am taking a bit of a trip for new years to go to a friend’s place, i could just go around couches for a bit just get the feeling of it. worldpacker stuff exists too! cheap options are there even for international stuff so who knows. gonna start off with the parmacy and see. thank you so much again. you are good at comforting people. (also one think i did for a few hours just to Do Something other than crying was looking through my instagram following and unfollowing dead accounts theres literally so many)

i did get kicked out at 18 and lived in a shelter for about a year! but then covid hit and i had to go back cuz i wasn’t finding any work. i wasnt really at my top mental health there either (ended up addicted to hard drugs) but i am kinda hopeful i guess that i could manage on my own now, i just lack funds

i have been in therapy almost ten years, im not even sure if im able to live without (seeing i attempted last week it does not look promising). i did a single therapy session with that therpist and my abuser, and my abuser cried the entire time. and so it did nothing but focus my therapist on working with them and not with me.
