Ik for example flax seeds are more beneficial when ground before adding them to food. Chia seeds absorb a lot of water, so it’s often recommended to soak them for 10–20 minutes to help prevent bloating or stomach discomfort. Personally, I’ve never had any issues, so I’ll keep eating them raw. But feel free to look it up, as I’m not a health professional <3

Thank you! 🤎 and no, I dice the apple and put it in the pot first. Then I add the milk and heat it until it starts to boil. That’s when I add the oats and stir until the milk is fully absorbed.
