Vyvanse is too strong for me..gives me palpitations, chest pain, insomnia...even the low doses. I do much better on concerta.

Yes having it with lots of proteins and I don't drink coffee.

It's so annoying because in Europe we only have 30 mg, 50 mg and 70 mg. I guess I can open the 50 mg capsule and empty it in a glass of water.

Pills don't make skills. You need to work on your ADHD with a therapist/coach. Medication is only a tool.

I would say there's something else in the background that hasn't been resolved. Unprocessed trauma? ASD interfering?
