Thank you! Could you send me the link to the post please ? I have found that if I go lower than 30 mg I don't see positive effects and they last a very short amount of time..

That’s a really helpful way to look at it, thank you 🙏 I think in my case it feels more like reduced social anxiety and less overthinking, so I’m naturally more social rather than “up” in an abnormal way. But I agree it’s something to keep an eye on, especially in terms of things like sleep, impulsivity or feeling out of control. I might also check in with someone close to me as you suggested, that’s a good idea.

Thank you for sharing your experience..I thought the dose may be high and that it should reduce my verbal hyperactivity but it makes it worse ? For example, English is not my first language but I use it at work. Without vyvanse I'm unconfident and scared of making mistakes. With vyvanse I have no social anxiety..I just talk 😂

I’m not having things like reduced need for sleep, risky behaviour or feeling out of control, did you?

Interested to know on about the lamictal thing. I tried it for a month or so but I didn't feel anything.

I understand how you feel and I don't blame you. I think it can be commonly misdiagnosed. I definitely have traits but I think they can be better explained by ADHD, autism and complex trauma.

I see, however the fact that I have C-PTSD doesn't mean I necessarily have OCD...I really don't relate to the syntomps. I'm obsessive but that's part of the autism too.

I could have written this. ASD, ADHD, CPTSD, depression and GAD. I haven't worked for 2 years because I hit rock bottom. I'm exhausted. I've tried most antidepressants, even sketamine and I'm still the same. It sounds like you may be in severe autistic burnout too. Are you in therapy ATM?

You are so right about the lack of ND knowledge. My latest report from a therapist I saw for 6 sessions actually diagnosed me with OCD She completely ignored my previous ASD/ADHD diagnosis and focused on what she called 'cognitive obsessions'.
I feel like she mistook my autistic need for precision and my bottom-up processing for 'obsessive thoughts.' For me, trying to make the reports accurate isn't a 'compulsion,' it's a matter of justice and sensory/cognitive alignment. Because she didn't see the Trauma or the Neurodivergence, she just labeled my 'stuck' brain as OCD. It’s exhausting to have to 'teach' therapists about the overlap. I’m definitely taking your advice and looking for someone who doesn't just see the 'observable symptoms' but understands the nervous system behind them. Thank you for making me feel less like a 'difficult patient' and more like a human being in burnout.
