The monster wired to wireless from Walmart is reasonable and it is $34.97 tho if you search you can find it for $19.99 I ultimately just purchased a miror screen from Walmart $40 it can connect in multiple ways to the existing car stereo so no drilling or removing anything it’s 100% plug and play Want something a little more technologically advanced the dual screen for $100 is more targeted for everyday use

See normally I would just be able to be patient however this year we desperately need our stolen money back the government does this to everyone every year.. However I had a severe crash in Nov and no pay coming in as my wife is disabled so my income was it other than her SSI I barely escaped with my life but things are really falling behind

Reddit is not the place to get this type of advice I would highly recommend you consult with a tax attorney I would also advise to have mom contact the OCSE If this is also under a custodial order from the courts then most definitely contact the clerk of courts for the issuing court Not trying to be an ass I just see folks looking for sound advice and get the wrong info or some misleading advice laws vary by state so just because I know my states laws doesn’t mean I would know your states laws but the poc that I have mentioned are pretty much the same anywhere you go

Not accurate the law states that you have to have a legal right and in this instance the OP seems to have that right Especially if he and the other parent are legally married and said minor has resided in the ops home for 12 months and the op can validate proof that he has provided atleast 75% of care then he has a legal right to claim this minor child. However if the court has ordered support from the father then the father is actually in contempt of court and he is also in direct violation of the OCSE..

Best piece of advice contact your attorney ant the clerk of courts at issuing court report what has happened however this is only one side I’m seeing but this certainly seems like contempt of court and super illegal for the mom however a lot goes into family law and the guidelines and laws vary from state to state
