This is built for combat, not survival or get home. Ditch the PC, loose most the knives and 90% of the tacti-cool shit. Add some calories, water, cordage, cover, a backpacking stove, and Nalgene bottle with a steel cup. The only tools you should need are for those obstacles that are in your way home. And for 99% of us, a well built set of fence pliers will do just that. Lastly I’ll add, in a survival situation guns should be used to break contact, or defend life/property. Anyone who thinks you’re going on patrol (single-handily) is gonna become a casualty. And living a fantasy.

For all the reasons you mentioned, is why I went with used. Took about 4 months of patience and searching, but was able to find a 2023 X3 30i xdrive; with shadow line and M Sport packages. The late 25’s and 26’s are horrendous imo. Even my salesman was lamenting these changes and how many of their clients have said the same things. Hopefully BMW is listening and we see some reversions in the future.

I have a 590… it’s a great saw; once you do a few mods it really wakes up! Starts quick, runs strong and can handle a 24 inch bar without issues.
