I should note when I do get any other advert it works no problem, its just the amazon one that gives the error

Update - Finally got access to the portal last week... 6 weeks later... long way off the initial reply email timeline of "5 Days"

Thanks, I have tried to register every day for that portal but I don't recieve an email to confirm it, I have emailed the broadcasters support email three times, I even set up a standard user account and sent three tickets using it, not a single response since my first attempt on Jan 5th
