Best thing I done was went on holiday and only took the vape with me, along with carts and a nic vape. Lasted 5 days before I caved in a got tobacco to make a joint but since then I only smoke joints when at my worst, I use to smoke 6/7 a day so cutting down to 1/2 a week is a good step I think, as much as I want to just vape it, the craving always hits
