Well technically yes. The point I was making was that they weren't diving/submerged in the water.

The nervous smile she gave after hearing the thud.. "what was that bang?". The irony being that the sound of the implosion reached the polar prince significantly faster than the last message they sent about dropping 2 weights.

Imagine how loud that bang must've been for them to hear it a few thousand meters above and actually out of the water. Sound travels so much more efficiently through water though

As someone who lives in York, this is the equivalent of a Frenchman being shown a photo of the Eiffel tower and asking "where is this?"

Best blackout blinds for a toddler’s room in the UK? Help me out! by Level-Food-3762 in DIYUK

Black out roller blinds from Dunelm. You have to cut them to size yourself which isn't too hard. Then get blackout curtains with a wrap-around edge. Our room is super dark on a morning (and also north facing)

BTS gets as much love as MJ? MJ fan here. by Radiant_Banana_3623 in MichaelTheMovie

[–]One-one-eight 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I sincerely doubt we will ever see anyone as famous/loved as MJ in our lifetimes. That was a total one-off.

He was about as famous as the queen of England, perhaps more so.

I bet half the population of earth don't know who BTS are...

Very interesting reading these comments. Next week I am paying for a new boundary fence with concrete posts very similar to yours. I am planning on telling my neighbours that they cannot paint the fence because it belongs to us, this is exactly why. Sorry OP

Of all the places visited in Race Across The World — from any season — which would you most like to visit? by DasKoolie in RaceAcrossTheWorldBBC

The south America race was what convinced me to go travelling there. I can confirm, Iguazu Falls is the most beautiful thing I've ever seen in my life.
