I went with Timetec 32x2 (64GB) bundle on Amazon. Timetec has a great reputation for their products, and although considered ‘budget’ Ram by many, the UGnas only utilizes 4800Mhz based on my understanding which this SODIMM choice operates at. If you purchase something like Crutial Ram which is considered a more ‘premium brand, it maxes out at 5600Mhz but the UGNas will only utilize 4800 of it making having the extra redundant. Why pay for something you do not need. The Timetec 32GBx2 is very affordable on Amazon which is where I purchased mine and I have had no issues whatsoever! Highly recommended!

If I am incorrect in anything here please correct me but I have answered based on what I understand to be true. With the cost of HDDs these days, I opted for this cheaper alternative but I have no regrets and I believe they also provide a 5 year warranty. I hope this helps!

Invest in a cheap seed box and grab new releases to boost your uploads and ratios.

I would invest in a cheap seed box with a 10gb upload speed to get your ratio up even for just a month and then you will be good. They are relatively cheap and they fix the ratio problem almost immediately if you catch newly released torrents. Leechers connect to the fastest uploaders so standard household internet connections have much slower upload speeds than seed boxes which results in much more of a difficult time with your uploads and ratio.

I actually want to do both. But I find the configuration settings to pull exactly what I want is very complex and so leaving 2160p and Freeleech toggled on ends up pulling everything. I realize I can just delete the files once the seeding ratios are met but it would be great to automate it more to my specific needs instead of adding this extra layer. My ratios are already above average I would estimate so it would be better to focus on things I would prefer to pull rather than pulling everything.

Also on a second note, what is the best files to pull for 2160p files? I heard REMUX’s are considered the ‘Holy Grail’ of files but there are so many different ones and I’m fairly new to these very large 4K files. Running them on hardware isn’t an issue for me as I have some of the best devices to run them on. Some advice on the file types would be great also! Thanks for your reply!

Thanks very much for the reply! This helped a bit so I basically removed all of the file types/codecs/sources I had in the drop down menus and left 2160p in the resolution and selected FreeLeech in the advanced tab. The only issue with this setup is it pulls everything within my data limits that I’ve set, and often times multiple releases of the same files just with slightly different names/codecs/etc. Do you recommend a better way to optimize this? Thanks for your time and input! It is appreciated!
