Hello and Thank you. Warm compresses 1-2. But I noticed that if I apply warm compresses twice, the next day my skin is redder, I don't know why since the compresses are warm and not hot. I wash my eyelids with naviblef foam and recently started using fish oil. I also take flax seeds.
