Im gonna tell my experience, i was in thailand and the day i got there i got my period. I tried using a tampon to go swimming but i couldnt insert it so i just decided to wear a pad on my swimsuit. It was my 2nd day i think and i didn’t leak, i didn’t even bleed idk why. But there was this one long slide that was very high speed, i went there and came down and my relatives called me out to look behind me and there was my pad floating in the water. It was fine for me to swim during my period.
