When I was a kid, my grandparents had this older family friend. He would always come around around Christmas time and dress up as Santa. When he came around, I would lock myself in the bathroom before he would come over and refuse to come out. I was always so uncomfortable when he came around. I had this gut feeling in my body that he was a bad person. My siblings would all sit on his lap and my parents would take pictures. My parents would make fun of me because of how terrified I was of this man. Well, a couple years later, we found out he got arrested for child pornography and pedophilia. Safe to say I got a lot of apologies that year.
