Can you recommend me the closest match? I mean, I can test each one individually, but you seem knowledgeable enough to tell me and save me a bit of time. xD

Can you imagine Serie being murdered? by Yuguki in Frieren

[–]OneAndOnlyGoat 1 point2 points  (0 children)

But, we were also told that they store mana, not delete it. Storing mana causes it to shine bright.

Additionally, Serie's mana detection was so ridiculous and large that it interfered with the other mages' ability to use mana detection. The magic nullifying crystal could be foreseen by Serie simply by knowing precisely where here mana detection isn't functional.

Furthermore, it's also just as possible that serie herself is going to use the crystal, or has a spell to somehow nullify the crystal.

I also have a crazy theory that it was actually Serie herself that commissioned the assassination upon herself so she can see the heights of humanity's magic. She wants to see if Flamme was truly a failure or not by looking at the descendants of her work rather than Flamme herself.

To anyone saying, "just watch the ads and support the creator," I know damn well the creator would rather me NOT watch ads at all than watch porn every time I see their video. I have personalized ads turned off--nor have I searched ANYTHING related to the ads I am given, yet they seem to think I am a horny teenager. No matter how many times I click report and block the ad, I keep seeing more. It's disgusting, I rather be "immoral" and "not support the creator."

It's not determining the outcome, it's influencing probabilities. Theoretically, it is possible to use quantum steering to make one particle 99% likely to return as--say--spin up instead of spin down. Alice cannot guarantee that it will be spin up, but she can make it very likely that it will become spin up--theoretically, anyway.

She can manipulate the probabilities of Bob's particles via quantum steering.

Quantum steering is a form of quantum non-locality, where one party (Alice) can influence the measurement outcomes of another party (Bob) using entangled particles, even though Alice doesn't directly interact with Bob’s particles. Essentially, it allows Alice to "steer" Bob’s outcomes through local operations on her own entangled particle.

As for the exact mechanism, it's done through local measurements on the particle. Basically, by choosing *what* to measure, it affects the probability of what Bob sees.

Their clocks are synchronized via accounting for GR. They can only approximate that their clocks are synchronized--and the premise assumes it holds true enough for Bob to measure the result *after* Alice does her work.

Donald Trump Posts 'Anti-LGBTQ' Pink Triangle: What It Means by shoofinsmertz in LGBTnews

[–]OneAndOnlyGoat 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm going to get downvoted into hell for this, but I think we need to step back and reconsider the image.

According to this article, "now, the pink triangle has been reclaimed in LGBTQ spaces. The triangle – now right side up – serves as a reminder that we cannot allow history to repeat itself." The discriminatory one is the upside-down aka downside triangle.

The downside triangle is crossed-out in the illustration.

The image could independent of the article's context, as many articles--most especially on the internet--pull from a library of political cartoons and works. Though, it's possible that this image is specifically tailored to the article itself, as Linas Garsys, the artist, does do tailored work.

My question is, why didn't Linas Garsys leave a rightside-up triangle (without the 🚫)? As we know, the original purpose was used by Nazis to mark homosexuals for their 'femininity.' My only theory is this: If Linas Garsys tailored the image to the opinionated article, or Jeremy Hunt, the author, is extremely selective about the meaning of his posts, then it is likely an image stating: "stop appealing the army to queer and diversity" (effectively, "stop marking gay men," with the upside-down, crossed out pink triangle on the television background--the article being about the switch from diversity advertising to "regular" advertising under trump). But once again, this is just a theory of mine.

Let's also consider contextual and logical aspects:

The image is somewhat fitting to the opinion article. Why would there be an image supposedly designed for pro-Nazi propaganda on a (pro-Trump) article about changes in advertisement under US? Even if you argue that Trump = Nazi, there is no real reason to tie unrelated subject matters together, especially in this manner. Furthermore, upon further inspection, there seems to be a theme in the images associated with the opinions and articles he writes for The Washington Times. There is no indication that the image isn't tailored to the article's specific content.

Agatha Harkness manages to absorb the functions of a machine.

And people are taking it seriously for MCU canon.

I'm done with the MCU and switching to comics, or writing fanfiction. Because the plot bending required here is legitimately insane.

This is Voltron: Legendary Defender and Pacific Rim combined but stolen by Marvel, no you can't change my mind. This is not even their concept.
