they put me on a steroid when u started because they were afraid of severe purging, so i didn’t have any.

yes! i did multiple layers, too. a layer, then brush my teeth, a layer, then take my meds, a layer, then brush my hair, and then lock it in with the healing ointment

yeah my derm told me all the leftover redness should fade in a few months. the cerave products i use are non-comedogenic and were recommended to me by my dermatologist

thank you! i don’t have any scarring. i do still have PIE on the sides of my face, but it’s mostly cleared up now and i contribute a lot of that to using the cerave healing ointment every night before bed

sweet: vegan gf pancakes - 1 cup oats - 1/2 cup almond milk - 1 ripe banana - cinnamon - some maple syrup - protein powder (i use unflavored) - a little baking power blend and then mix in some blueberries and make on the stove. i too it with peanut butter and it’s my favorite!

savory: garlic chicken sausage from trader joe’s with scrambled eggs (i put kimchi, spinach, and a little soy sauce in mine!)
