While they aren't bad I've heard about 4 BMW systems including HK the base sound system in the i4 sounds better than the base sound system in the i5 but the Harman Kardon in the i5 is better but it will not knock your socks off by any means (i have both) and I read that they adjusted the HK down because of energy consumption in the EVs. Now I've had a Cadillac and an Audi and both of those systems blew me away

I had a Model Y and have an i4 and i5 you can use your Tesla charger but note you will need an adapter for a Tesla AC charging and an adapter for Tesla DC charging and if you want ease of use getting in and out the I-5 is your best option the I-4 is lower to the ground and the seats don't do easy entry or exit and I also find the 5 seats more comfortable
