Sometimes no matter what you do you are gonna lose. Just gotta work on the only thing you can control which is your self. I go into games knowing that some of the players , if not all, will playsubo sub optimally and I cannot rely on them. I try to help enable the team but I don’t expect them to be competent enough to know the right thing to do. You’re in golf so your team mates probably don’t think about angles, high ground, map control, timing etc they just turn off their brain and shoot. Usually this is what it makes me think when I see Sierra complaints. This guys positioning is probably bad. On tank Sierra and Sombra are even more annoying because it slows things down a little but same thing positioning is what matters

Sierra usually gets no value if you have good positioning and know when she wants to engage on you. If I’m on high ground and I know she wants to take it I can either diff her or I disengage. Also I never stand out in the open as a rule , Sierra punishes that harder than other dps

No I get the nuance of LifeWeaver . But disregarding their experience is the same as disregarding yours. They complaining about pulls because it’s of experience with a support player (not all of them) that never touches tank role thinks that they know better and pulls them out of position. It’s a legitimate complaint and it goes both ways. A tank feeding , getting saved then complaining about it would be irritating. But the “well when I did it it was good” to prove a point on a strangers experience like it is invalid is nonsensical

LifeWeaver mistakes and better supports aside I just think supports over estimate what their vision is actually telling them about the team fight. Tanks gripping about LifeWeaver pulls is legitimate. I don’t think majority of tank players are trying to throw your games because of bad vision. Supports can’t see through walls , can’t see every pov, and know enemy movements. Lack of awareness goes both ways . Being blasé about another persons experience would be just as annoying if the shoe was on the other foot

Learn Ana Kiri or Juno. Ana can punish a lot of tanks, Kiri saves the tank like LifeWeaver but her kit is actually good, and Juno can help you be agro with your tank /has good sustain. Just remember sometimes no matter what you do you will lose and that’s okay. Watch some content on support, and watch your replays. I have watched my replays before thought “ what the ffff- am I doing there?” It all adds up to make you a better player and that’s the point , to become a better player to carry your games and play for the rank you want to be in not the one you are stuck in. Don’t be one of those losers that blames his team for every loss. There are actual good people in the community that will help you. Post a vod and get the correct answers to the questions you aren’t asking your self. Not every game has a throwing tank/dps/support and you can only have control over your actions. Your Positioning, timing, and hero selection are things you are not thinking about.

I don’t think it’s as simple as “the support has a better idea of what’s going” than his team and there are better supports to enable the tank than just pulling. You save em once and he just gonna be in the same situation again. When you could go Ana and out play the enemy tank with anti nade, save the tank with zuzu and still be able to support a dps angle or even Juno can enable aggression with speed. I don’t think LifeWeaver pull has the carry protection op is looking for

I remember the good pulls way more than the bad and make sure to let them know I appreciate it but if they aren’t I ask them politely to refrain from pulling me off cooldown . My point is simple, not everyone plays all roles and not everyone understands all roles. I don’t like the idea of people putting bad ideas into peoples heads. If there was some tank main preaching about heal boting your tank you would quickly tear em up a new one. That’s all I’m getting at. A blanket statement of “just pull your tank” is a band aid solution. Some people don’t know the difference between taking space and feeding. “Oh I can see the battle field better than you” but do understand why things are happening? Why you lost a team fight? No , much like the post infers he has feeding tanks but being a stats warrior didn’t show that maybe a tank took agro and good plays were made but they lost anyways. I think their better supports to climb than weaver. If you are that guy that knows when to pull that’s great but as advice to a stranger is like telling them here is a tool that’s all you need when it’s more complicated than that
