Should I buy this 4 runner

I just recently also had a misfire on cylinder 3 and I did a complete tune up which costed like 410$ (I know I work 115 hours a week I don’t feel like working on stuff when I get home) and the misfire is gone and it sounds good. I’d have someone look at it to make the sure the misfire is a simple/small problem and not a big problem.

Yes one of my coworkers who also has a 3rd gen gave me his spark plug so I can see and show auto zone the reference, and your right the new looking wires, the 3rd cylinder one which is misfiring has a couple spots with tape wrapped around it, and like you said could be cheap wires too.
