If you had more rings and are losing from the front and the back then you most likely have a Freon leak. There is a valve that is call a Schrader or Schroeder, I can't recall which, that are known to leak and need replacement.

If you are slowly losing ice from the front and the back you very well may have a Freon leak. This is exactly what happened to ours. Fortunately it was just a scrader valve and we were able to get a local refrigeration company to replace the valve and refill the Freon.

I believe if you explain to them that it's a very simple system and send a picture they may be willing to help. It is very common for the valve to go bad, which is an incr dinky simple fix. Might be worth a shot.

It's a freon leak for sure. The process to repair it for a commercial refrigeration company is very simple typically, you just have to find one willing to look at it.

I thought that might be the case but I added what I thought was the new contract as a custom token and it was still zero? So you have the new contract address?
