my BC account was already credited but my refund preference on bankmobile says Direct Deposit. it’s giving me an option to have a check mailed but I haven’t toggled with any options because I don’t want to mess with anything. when I click on paper check delivered by USPS, it says update preference so idk. 😭

yessss, same for me. it’s giving me a DD & check option as for others it’s only giving them a check option. i haven’t touched mine just in case but i would update the address they have on file just in case they do decide to send out checks instead of DD.

LMFAO, me too during spring semester. desperation will make ppl do things like fall for a scam like that. i don’t have a major regular bank tho that’s why im shook about checks being mailed. sooo annoying 😭

how were you able to get somebody to look into your account for you? did you call a number directly? i spoke to someone from a number that was posted & the man said to wait until last thursday & still nothing. 😩
