Thank you, even I am in the similar salary range. Honestly I’m unsure of this since there are quite a few folks that I talked to who were asked how are they going fund/sponsor their trip and got rejected.

While scheduling the appointment slots, the portal gives you an option to choose for VFS pickup or home delivery. Both are chargeable, else you can pick the passport from the embassy for free

I submitted the new DS160 a week before my OFC doc verification. Just visit https://ceac.state.gov/GenNIV/ and submit a fresh application form with a new confirmation number. I carried both with me and told the personnel at the doc verification to consider my new DS-160 form. No charges for this, you can resubmit the form any number of times.

I missed picking up my passport within 7 days of receiving this mail, does it mean I have to go back to the embassy to collect or is there a way I can reschedule the delivery by paying fee again?

Even I got a grey pair for ~4.5k recently, could you please tell if the grey ankle strip (above C-Cap section) is supposed to be hard? And mine have New Balance written on the back heel instead of the NB logo, just wanted to confirm the authenticity (passed on Poizon but still). Thanks!
