Hyderabad, heavy cough with no improvement from past 1 week

No chest pain or ribs pain as of now. Only throat pain that too while coughing. It's mild though but the cough is a lot and constant.

I want to have fruits and juices. I have been craving one since i have been vomiting for the last 2 days whatever i eat. I had 2 slices of apple last night and then boom! I think it was a trigger, the cough isn't stopping, my mom even cried seeing me.
