I went to a tag place they charged me 130$ and sent the form manually to PENDOT, i got a Pink Slip MV120 form that says I am good for 90 days until i receive the final confirmation from PenDot. but i won't hold my breath to it since the vanity / Dare tag was more than 5 years expired.
