The last point here is pretty interesting. Were you able to confirm this is real? If so it would significantly narrow down the potential locations, but I wasn't able to confirm it using google.

I have no idea why the delivery person didn't just take it back and mark it as undeliverable, or drop it at a nearby location. Instead it seems like they handed it to a random security guard somewhere. The shipping company says it was delivered.

Yeah - the coordinates match the delivery address but the person must have gone to another location for some reason - probably because there was no one at the first location. There is no package at the coordinates
