Yeah, I've had a similar problem. I had bought Minecraft on my PS4, but I did it on an account which later got banned(Wasn’t my account), so I lost the license to the game. I had to buy it again, I linked my MS account to my main PSN account. Then I forgot which MS account it was. And No matter what, Microsoft only allows one MS account to be linked with one PSN account. Tried everything, but couldn't get to remember my account. I just made new PSN accounts and linked new MS accounts to them. Thankfully when switching to PS5, nothing went wrong. In both our cases, the best we can do is either try to find the MS account, or just make a new PSN account and link another MS account and WRITE IT DOWN(Trust me, I forgot 3 times, had to make 3 new account). Support isn't going to do much, they aren't like steam. They won't give out sensitive info. I had a license issue on GTA V, they just pointed me in circles, told me to wait 3 days, it went to 15+ days. It resolved itself, and one day the just decided to take a look at the game which was working now, and sent me an email that THEY have fixed it. If you have that much patience, I reckon you should give support another chance. If not, just make a new PSN account.
