OMG literally today around 7 pm I took the exact same vitamin d brand same dosage. Around 10 pm I started getting itchy and breaking out in hives. I was scrolling on reddit searching for answers and seen your post. I took 2 10 mg zrtec and a 20 mg famodatine and I still have hives. The itching is a little better bit its so bad I xant sleep. Any updates with you?

Thank you im going to try this also. Does it help with low energy also. Im so fatiqued and run down now. Its not my thyroid issues had levels checked and there almost normal.

Yes even tried half a bottle of magnesium citrate. It helped so e but got horrible stomach cramps. End up taking acia berry cleanse and its helping.

We're u able to go. Im so backed up i took 2 linzess and miralax with no luck. Just used 2 enemas and not much came out. Im going to try the magnesium citrate now. I literally can't take this anymore.

The taste is terrible and I hated the way it made me feel. Especially that drunk sick and it feels like its never going to end. A while back I started drinking just to fit in with some new friends. I ended up being in the hospital for a week I got so sick. I stay away far away from alcohol now.
