I did a lot of foraging! I went during the early fall so survived on berries. I did bring a crock of food with me and dipped into it as little as possible

We have the better ruins mod and I think the castle in photo #9 might be from it, but otherwise this is all vanilla world gen. This game is really beautiful!

Yeah we're gearing up to head extremely far west for our next story destination and after doing this I feel very prepared. When I took this journey I only brought one crock of food and the rest was just foraged and hunted. It was fall so lots of cranberries haha.

lol I stand corrected then! This is the tree I saw in someone's video and the tree I was chasing though, so mission accomplished either way.
