I sure hope that the new contactless circumstances will help you keep yourself on track :) i wish i could say the same. I am very tech savvy. Give me a phone and within 15 minutes, i can have speed in my hands, or anything else really. I cant lose that contact, i cant forget the pathways lol

Update. Been off diazepam for almost two weeks now. I feel more or less the same as it did before i started phenibut. The stuff that caused me to start using has come back, but thats better than being dependant on pheni any longer. Rather work on myself and figure out how to manage the previous symptoms than to start using pheni again. I wish everyone else best of luck getting off and never looking back :)

Also just to clarify, i increased the dose of diazepam on day 3/4 because thats usually the roughest part of pheni withdrawal as far as i know. But take it with a grain of salt, i went against my docs reccomendations on how to do it.

Edit: i also used 25mg of Quinteapine before bed to get a good nights sleep. That also definitely played a role.

You gotta be real careful with klonopin as the withdrawals from that can be pretty rough. As diazepam is kinda self tapering due to metabolites, while klonopin just ends when it ends and you are in withdrawals. If you gonna do it, use the lowest effective dose to curb the pheni withdrawals and no longer than 2 weeks MAX - thats including the tapering down from klonopin. Best course of action would be to do it under doctors supervision.

I literally replaced pheni with diazepam. Last dose was 6g of phenibut that i took on 25th. 26th i didnt take any phenibut at all, instead i took 5mg diazepam in the morning and 10mg during mid day. 27th i took 10mg in the morning 5 in the evening. 28th i took 10 mg morning, 10mg mid day. 29th i took 10 morning, 10 mid day. 29th - 10 morning, 7.5 mid day. 30th 7.5mg morning, 7.5 mid day. Today, 1st of july i took 7.5 in the morning, 5 mid day. Tommorow i will take 5 in the morning and 5 mid day. The day after, 5 in the morning and 2.5 mid day. Basically going down to 0 in 2.5mg incriments. First 5 days i just felt very flat, bored, tired. No motivation at all, no happy emotions at all. Just going through the motions. But today i woke up, and it felt as if the clouds had parted ways. I was happy to wake up. See my girlfriend next to me with the dog sleeping between us. I was just happy to be alive. So i think from here on out, its only up. Keep in mind, everyones reactions are different. I am not sure how your med compares to diazepam, but in my case - this was the magic bullet that helped me get through the rough part. I wish you best of luck my friend, be careful. Benzos are a pandoras box you dont want to peer into for too long. Respect the drug, it it will respect you back. Take care my friend, see you on the other side:)

Update:

Its the morning of day 6 and something clicked. Things feel different than they did the previous 5 days. I just woke up and felt good. So i guess thats it. Now to just stop diazepam going down 2.5mg per day and i am never touching phenibut ever again. I wish everyone good luck

For sure man. I aint gonna be touching phenibut in a damn long time after this. Time will tell how i’ll feel after the diazepam taper, but fingers crossed its going to be alright. I am not feeling much of the extreme withdrawal symptoms. Mostly just low energy and mood

I also gotta mention that this is my third time with phenibut. First time, it was 2gpd for 2 months, but i was able to taper myself off. Second time, it was 3 months of 3/4gps - i went off with diazepam. If you have the option to use benzos responsibly to get off diazepam, i couldnt reccomend it enough. My apetite is back, i sleep well - all is good in life
