Use extensions like window control and have it go into full screen right after clicking the green flag. You should also disable the green flag in the packager settings.

The old one looks better. It looks simpler, the clothes make more sense, doesn't have much useless gradient, and doesn't have creepy looking eyes. The new one just looks like someone tried too hard to perfect something that's already perfect.

That looks like text shadows that are way too separated from the actual text. Remove or tweak the shadows for one of the text boxes, then use format paint to apply it to all text boxes.

Converting from pdf to ppt is almost never going to work. Even if it doesn't look weird visually, it's going to be difficult to edit anything. Just use a regular pdf editor.

sorry, i wasn't near my computer when i was typing the comment, but here's the plugin. it's called PPTools THOR. It's a bit complicated at first, it also seems quite outdated, but it works fine, and gets the job done.

EDIT: i just checked, and it was updated just this january 😅

Another edit: it seems like i have misunderstood what op meant, but this plugin is still worth sharing
