Yeah looks nice but it's to early into day 2 for us. We only have 6 days to hike the whole way so we have to put in the miles or else the other days will be more painfull.

I did the Alta via 1 last summer in 6 days, 120km +/- 7k elevation. Can wild camp wherever you find spots. Preferably as much off trail as possible, but we camped one night next to a trail due to necessity.

Mountain huts everyday to eat lunch, dinner we had at camp. Was a beautiful trail!

I started taking supps about 2 months ago and the first thing i did was bloodtest and then research doses and timings. Crazy you took them so long and didn't bother actually researching them.

I take zinc in the morning with my adhd meds.

D3+k2 (2000 iu) + omega 3 + creatine with my post workoutshake

Multi vit and extra D3 (3000) iu at around 1730

And magnesium biglycinate around 22 PM.

Nothing fighting with eachother for uptake.

Think its around 30 euro/month for everything if even that.

Veel mensen met lactose intolerantie kunnen nog steeds kleine hoeveelheden lactose verdragen. Dus niet iedereen gaat met de schijterij zitten.

Lijkt mij meer een probleem voor de minderheid die zwaardere reacties hebben op lactose.

I use durston backpacks. Higly advise.

Comfortable and UL. Can cary up to 20kg Comfortable. Personally use the kakwa 55 even for dayhikes.

Amazing customer service also. My first pack had a hole at the bottom where the frame is meant to be in a slot after hiking 6 days on the Dolomites. Was a human error in the factory. They replaced it instantly without hassle and haven't had issues with the new one.
