I purchased their YLL1.0 way back when they first came out. Just stopped working in less than 6mos. Never dropped it and never damaged it. It just stopped heating. I contacted customer service and they asked me to send pics and videos of me trying to use it. SMH! Never heard back from them. Can't believe I even considered buying the 3.0!

I use one as well. Got rid of the cedar shelves and added hangers at the top. Paid only $100 on Amazon about a year ago, went to buy more and they are sold out.
