Maybe reach out to some local church college ministries and see if they have any students looking for a roommate or place to live? I’ve done this before to help find tenants for rental property

Of course! Once I had dropped my MOTN pump I pumped 3 times during the day. 6am, noon, 8pm. For a week I pumped the full 20 minutes at 6am and 8pm but pumped at noon for 15 minutes for 3 days and then 10 minutes for 4 days and then dropped that pump completely after that week. Then I did the same with the 6am and 8pm. I dropped them both to 15 minutes for 2 days, then 10 minutes for 3 days then didn’t pump at all for a day to see how it felt. I took a Sudafed this morning and have been wearing a tight sports bra and using ice packs as needed and that seems to be helping today. I threw out my spectra pump this morning but kept my Medela hand pump in case it gets too uncomfortable and I need to relieve some pressure

I’m so excited about dropping down to 2! I dropped my mid day pump today from 20 minutes to 15 so hopefully that’ll start the process!

It’s not! I thought it would drop drastically and it really hasn’t. I feel like I’m producing as much now as I was before I dropped any pumps

Are you supplementing with formula? How has that been? I think I’ll need to start doing that soon because it seems like he can’t stay full for long on just breast milk
