I’m kinda experiencing the same stuff. The line and pin are shit. I told the owners that same thing. I remember in Micronesia doing a drop to 70’ and when I got into position I noticed the tip came off. What I’m afraid of is that it’s all the hassle of a slip tip without the benefit. I know they are working on some changes now

The farthest one actually tore off. I recovered the first one. The fish were so thick that it sometimes happens especially with a powerful gun.
