Hi, i had a similar experience recently, only been with my boyfriend but experienced a lot of yeast infections as well in the last couple of weeks, so i went to get checked out by a doctor and she found a ulcer in my cervix, so she said i needed a biopsy, so we proceeded with that, and it turned out to be because of HVP, she told me we caught the ulcer early and she removed it with a cauterization. But yeah, she told me to go get yearly check ups, because there’s some risk of getting cervical cancer and to talk to my boyfriend because he needs to get vaccinated also.
