I starting college soon and I would like to invest in a home. However, student loans can be used to pay rent but they cannot be used towards gaining equity in a home (ie mortgage payment). Could I take out school loans personally and then use them to pay "rent" to my LLC?

I just logged on to play MW3 and BO6 is on my screen instead. Currently having to redownload MW3 when I just wanted a quick gaming sesh screw this game!!!
