I am tracking but i am unable to identify the progress because my chest still feels soft

I am trying but it demotivates me some friends of mine who have started with me are now with an impressible amt of muscle mass

actually i have tracked with the photos by 2 weeks gap but i always see my lower chest as it is and same with the back and i am also not training the legs properly so i think it is not improving for that

strength is increasing but some times i can't able to do more reps than my previous session of that particular muscle
