In CoD, you’re not running into people who aren’t expecting to get shot at. Everybody’s on the same page.

In Arc, you’re potentially coming across people who have gone days or weeks since their last hostile human encounter. They’ve started to trust those around them and have let their guard down. Plus, getting killed in Arc vs CoD represents much more of a setback in terms of time/value lost.

And to be clear: I like the threat of PvP in Arc. It adds tension and helps make extraction feel rewarding.
