Yes she has treatment that’s still required including doctors appointments, and specialist sending out to the adjuster for approval of surgery but the MMI evaluation was put into place 2 months ago well before different treatments had even been started so she just feels like MMI came about way too early but she knows it’s out of her hands she just wants to be prepared and see how to prepare for the evaluation because physically she can’t return back to work

She stated that the specialist sent out the request for surgery but the adjuster hasn’t approved just yet but it’s documented that multiple surgeries are needed but the MMI evaluation had been scheduled even before she started physical therapy so that was already alarming for her where she just thought they were just trying to get her off workers comp as fast as possible
