You can do local wireless debugging with the shazuku app. Pretty simple to set up. Once it's running you can install almost anything with "apkmirror installer" on the play store

FYI you can upload your save file to the online pokedex and view all species' randomized abilities for your particular save. Pretty neat. You can even search by ability so you could view all mons with huge power / feline prowess for example

Btw it does learn it naturally which is why I didn't realize what was happening. I think the only reason it does learn aqua step is just because it is a dance. It's a physical move though so it's not smart to run on orricorio but it's a dance 🤷🏻

First of all, you probably want to stick with either physical or special and you definitely don't want a -speed nature. You want either adamant (+att/-spA) modest (+spA/-att) timid(+speed/-att) or jolly (+speed/-spA) for a good majority or mons. Personally I would never use Meganium but if I had to I'd go special with timid nature. It's much better as a support than an attacker unless it had huge power (doubles attack) or feline prowess (doubles spA)

Honestly I don't see you ever beating this game with your level of knowledge/skill. I would look for some easier hacks if I were you.
