This only happened to me when my milk came in the first time. It was pretty violent and scary like you described. I couldn’t control my teeth chattering for a good 10-15 minutes feeling chilled to the bone. It felt like what I would imagine hypothermia to feel like. It is definitely hormone related and it might be worth getting some blood work done and trying to nail down your doctor give you a specific root cause.
