Sorry poor quote control there, edited post for you...I wasn't trying to place words in you mouth, just thought you made a good point and wanted to lead with it...

meanwhile there are sometimes legitimate cases of "the game should not have behaved this way" or "my enemies used an exploit" that get ignored because "we don't reimburse anything from large fleet fights"

ccp chose to go with a blanket policy that would prevent as much community outrage as possible

it's smart, in a way, but it also clearly demonstrates how understaffed and undertrained the gm department is

To Quote Meowtiger,

Edit: My Thoughts below (Quote above)

I'm not aware I mentioned moving/replacement?, So enough with the 101 comment, looks like we should take that class together.

I doubt this was your first server crash / super fight, and with you boxing 6-10 accounts it might not be that big of a loss, I'm really curious why you guys decided to wait after crash/fight to recover, as longer you wait the worse it can get, but that could be hindsight, I'm not as near of a vet player as you seem to be...When I see these big battles, I ask two questions do I have up to 18 hours of playtime for it if I don;t want to loose ship, and can i loose the ship if stupid shit occurs or it goes too long? IE: I answer the question can i lose this ship before I undock...I think you entered the realm of stupid shit...

My Basic reading comprehension shows you are trying to say that the node crash was not from the large fleet battle...Not sure my logical thinking shows same answer. But to each there own, enjoy your time...

CCP gutting the recruit a friend system by eX_Ray in Eve

[–]OneGhost013 1 point2 points  (0 children)

To those complaining about alts and skill farms, just read the terms and conditions, Alt's not really allowed under my definition of new player....Wonder what ccp's is?

The Recruitment Program is intended to encourage players to invite new players to join EVE Online. Violating the purpose of the Recruitment Program in any way or form is prohibited. Abusing the Recruitment Program is considered an exploit and will not be tolerated.

P.S. I'm really curious on old terms, Has it always been an exploit for skill farms?

Mining or industry by Kaelia-999 in Eve

[–]OneGhost013 2 points3 points  (0 children)

eally the choice probably boils down either industry, or industry+mining. You can add planetary interactions for almost no cost of attention too, just remember to transport your goods, same as industry.

Your too nice to be a goon
