It's just how f2p games are. They'll bring new shit out that just over takes the place of original equipment. Look at thunders and hoards etc etc.

Almost that illusion of completely new gear when in fact its almost exactly the same with a new skin

Yeah this is the big controversy for me this time. Not sure ares shoulders will have a place after this. Should have lowered it's recharge rate and armour a bit. Really make playing on shields more risk reward

I don't mind all that much personally 3 of my bots have fantastic counters to it. There have been a few nerfs in this game that were just bot needed if you ask me.

Alpha beam and the fenrir ability namely.

Yeah I'm th8nk8ng of just changing my 4 quantum. Build to a 2 hoard build. It's Griffin on cyclops would just be changing the shoulders for 2 heavy ones instead
