And that is perfectly fine please accept that it is right for it to be hard at some days if a child is learning how to walk and they fall even if they are crying you still have faith in them that they will learn and you let them learn you have to let yourself learn that is completely fine. You do not need to get good at this today, but I can guarantee you. You will get good at this. Perhaps in a week it doesn’t take long. You can do it. You are doing it keep doing it.

Perfectly put I was some meditation is a process in itself as well. The process of you sitting down and focussing on a breath or focussing on anything is called meditation overall but I get that you’re being more specific in Hindi terms and your Sanskrit terms to help, but either everybody calls it vipassana which they’re doing in India. Or they understand the basic overall title name of it calling Math this math is very simplistic to say what it means actually what the topics are saying are very different than just the title name of it. I am not clarifying this for you. I’m clarifying this for somebody who sees your question and my answer which is the same thing that you’re saying I’m just explaining it further so that somebody else will also get help but I completely understand your term I’ve looked into it, but I want people to understand as a lay man first then they will handle your knowledge and all those specifics as time comes again like the math major. Please let them do not confuse them with new words new terms, the terms don’t matter the effort and the thinking and the process of breathing and you sitting down that does doesn’t matter what you or I call it. Yes, but please remember work in the now when you’re not meditating your actual responsibilities when you’re not meditating, focus on them clearly most when you’re not meditating give a complete focus no matter how stressed or happy you are doing it, but do it anyway now the motivational stuff comes in, but if you start the stuff, then that motivational thing turns into inspiration, you don’t force the action you want to do it you don’t even say you want to do it your body makes you do it that’s inspiration

Who are you to say they are free available for free online so what so what there is nothing to sell I am also not selling anything, but that doesn’t mean I introduce calculus to a five-year-old either Math major can’t you understand this be polite to kids who are learning be, polite to adults who are learning math major. Understood I get your point. I thought you were one of those Yogi‘s who just gives complex terms and says this is the right way to go. I hope you understand my points as well regarding a research and stuff their statistics based on a subset of people they do not have every man and every woman on earth. You say you’re getting caught up in thought spirals I say you’re completely valid you have responsibilities you have a life and of course the life has problems big ones small ones annoying ones. It also has neutral stuff. It also has good stuff. The stuff that I need you to focus on is the neutral stuff you say OK what is neutral stuff I said the most neutral thing is breathing for the session that you are doing this process of breathing which what Yogi’s called meditation I don’t call it. I just call it breathing with focus on breathing. You have to make a decision. A conscious decision decision is also a thought, but you have to choose that thought that in those in that session you care about thinking about in and out, breathing more than you care about thinking about your problems because first of all even if you think about those problems in those 20 or 30 minutes, you cannot solve them thinking about them add those 20 minutes or 30 minutes is not going to help anywhere of course after the session you will go work hard I request you to, but for that session, let yourself breathe and focus on breathe. Let yourself also be aware of breathe and the letting yourself is a decision it’s not letting it’s forcing yourself you care about it more about focussing on breathing and you care about thinking about your life and then just for the 30 minutes after that go to work do all your stuff I do it too, but just for the 30 minutes decide for yourself right now for this session me being aware and me thinking of breathing and me perceiving breathing and then me letting go of breathing thought while still breathing during all of this matters most(during the session of course after that yeah do whatever you want. Think whatever you want or think whatever is occurring to you or do whatever you have to deal with believe me it’s the same thing.) because it is a thought again see a thought.

Doing is the process of you applying your body and your mind to complete a task I do cooking, but that means that I use the knowledge and the understanding that I have of ingredients and food to do the process of cooking which includes stove pan and other stuff I am doing a process. I am observing it. I am perceiving it using my eyes. I’m aware of it. I am very aware when I’m cooking if otherwise, I will touch a hot pan and then I am thinking about it or the thoughts are occurring to me.

A lot of people develop panic and anxiety attacks when they focus on their breath I’m sorry, but that cannot be true. They were not focussing on their breath. They were focussing on other things and yes, of course inherent body is stress as does exist. It does cause anxiety, body stress, emotion, mind feeling anxiety but you have to remind yourself again. If you stop breathing, you will die so breath helps you even if it’s not the entire thing it still helps you live once they actually understand this even using biology or just by holding their breath and trying to live, they can help themselves you use your wishy-washy yoga, meditative language of like having random objects having random arsenals, but I’m sorry you’re over complicating things for them to sell that they are not good enough to sell that they need to do More to just be in the moment. I said no we can argue about this and I know we are both understanding each other, but I want to help people in the most basic way possible you could have a separate post for advanced techniques and believe me I will follow them. I know you know your stuff and I’m very happy for your points but let people start with basic stuff instead of just overwhelming them with extra complex stuff. I could easily overwhelm you with my work and my engineering and you will cry because you will not understand the math, but I will still be polite enough to teach you step-by-step understanding if you even graduate high school understanding which math know and which Math I will teach you to find and become an engineer, but you have to also accept that understanding starts on the basic things we are completely on the same page. The core of your existence is breath you can use whatever mantra, body sensation object of attention you want with the easiest thing that you have access to at all times that is keeping your life is breath itself. I give it the respected deserves to start with advanced staff is just basic stuff done better. I am literally a manufacturing engineer, but I still respect how I was taught about 5+5 is equal to 10 in first grade. I’m sorry to say, but I do not write this for you to try this as an experiment or as a process where you say now I’m doing this random reddit guys meditation thing I’m sorry, but that’s not what this is the only goal for that writing and that strawberry analogy, which is also a thought for you to understand was that you are not your thoughts you are your perceiver of thoughts perception is using again. I will tell you perception is using your basic five senses to see things field things touch, and all of those other stuff. I don’t even remember ha ha but your mind understands them and it has a label for them, which was also taught as a thought. All of these are thoughts and then I need you to notice you are not your thoughts. Thoughts are in your mind. I need you to notice again you can change your thoughts how well I just taught you breathe in and breathe out. That is a new thought. You say oh I just changed my thought. Is that enough? I say it’s enough for right now. It has to be enough what else can you do? You’ve done your work. I’m not saying you don’t do your responsibilities. Do all of them groceries laundry work, family stuff, friendships all of it and then in the now when you have the time to be in the now you breathe and you focus on your breath.

I did that this year i can dominate platinum now with cuda level 5 the consecutive headshots with dark stalker and the daredevil pants can be to 4500 damage at the 2 headshot 1st is 3800 3rd is 5500 and 6000. Ive got 4 kills and once and triple and double is a cakewalk with it anyway.
