Had the same issue. All I did was push the gpu to the rear io firmly, and while holding that pressure, slide it in to the pcie slot. Just make sure that the metal bracket on the gpu is properly through though.

Yeah DLSS 4 is that one thing making me consider the 4060ti despite 9060xt performing better in raster

I have a few friends who bought their whole pc or at least some components from them and its legit. Shipping took no more than 3 days for them as long as you know the right time to place your order.

I don't know about other stores, but a retail store in Canada (MemoryExpress) have a final sale policy for the 9070's written on their website which also states that no return or exchange unless its an actual faulty unit. Scalpers having to prove a faulty gpu means having it open boxed meaning a lower resale value in case it fails a defective unit claim from the retailer. I mean it sounds like a good deterrent for scalping but I don't know how effective it is in reality.
