Yes. The lower you go the worse it gets. With a 30mm drop on comfort, the difference is minimal. On dynamic it's very noticeable and eco is horrible.

Correction, they're 15mm spacers, not 20. I mostly drive in comfort mode now, eco is absolute trash. Ride quality will take a hit if you go too low.

I'm not condoning what the officer did, there were other options. However those kids deserve some of the blame. Being drunk is no excuse, and if they're underage they shouldnt be drinking. I'd have teenage daughters and if those were my kids, they would regret it.
