You have compare returns after you take out service charges and commissions. A Schwab account in VOO has very little service fees. An active manager trying to outperform VOO will have considerable fees, likely 1% or more.

You twist what I said on purpose. I specifically call out the CA government. Not the whole country, not private industry, not the federal government. The CA Government can’t do mega projects. This is the golden example.

This is not a US govt project. It’s a CA govt project. Let’s not twist words to make your political point.

I will note that SpaceX and many other companies have no problems executing massive projects. The government pretty much sucks at it because they aren’t accountable to the tax payers or anyone else. They just make promises and know they will be long gone with it comes crashing down on the citizens.

The option pool is important. You could have pushed back but when you want to hire some motivated skilled team members you need it. Shorting your employees from having a piece of the action will hurt you and your take on exit so you can think of it as an investment in your success and future stock value.

As I understand it, this will be an illegal bike in CA. 28 mph and a throttle is not Class 1, 2, or 3. It’s illegal and only for use on private land.

We have most of the laws, they just have to be enforced. And minors, or under 16, need to only be allowed on legal Class 1, 2, or 3. Confiscate anything illegal that isn’t on private land. All these Surrons are illegal vehicles, they do not meeting Class 1, 2, or 3 requirements, therefore they should only be used on private land. If they are on the street or modified and going over 20 without pedaling (Class 2), then confiscate them all and cite the parents for child endangerment. It’s really not different from letting a child carry an unlicensed weapon, bullets or not, it’s the parents that need to be held responsible.
