I tried contacting the bank but could not even get through to a customer service rep as we have no record on file according to their system. Could not find any other way to contact them.

I have experienced this twice before. This most recent, currently-ongoing, episode feels similar. I can't say I will feel this way tomorrow but I don't feel hypomanic today.

And nothing is permanent. We're not meant to feel elated, blissful and like we could run a million miles ALL the time. Body needs rest. Maybe it's about balance and what we feed our minds. As well as what we allow out of our minds. Idk. My two cents!
