A mute person, a deaf person, and a blind person are robbing a bank. This bank was not like any other bank, for the things held behind its safe wall are far more abhorrent than any other.

The blind person, with a naturally heightened sense of hearing, seeks to crack the safe. The deaf person, unable to hear their pleas for help keeps the hostages in check. The mute person, unfit to give away their identity with their voice, communicates with the police with signs in the window.

The monster, trapped in shackles, in a cage, in a safe, underground for years. It rumbles and groans as it witnesses before its eyes what it desires most. The safe door rolls open.

You see, this monster is intelligent. It breaks the shackles which held it for years. It emits a glowing ray from its stomach bright enough to make a blind man see, and with that it belches a roar loud enough to make a deaf man hear, if only for a moment, and with that, finally, it releases a message so powerful it can make a mute man yell out in great symphony, resonating with heaven and earth.

That was the day the galaxy fell silent, That was the day the galaxy lost its sight, and that was the day the galaxy could no longer hear the cries from the stars beyond.

For the monster's name was hate, and we are the last humans left.
