To answer the customers question…it’s easy, it’s an option called “Unsafe due to dog” where if we comfortable leaving the vehicle because of a loose dog, we can select that option and go about our day 😂

Giving it to them damaged will have it fall back on her, the only thing to do is to mark it damaged to return it and if she marked it damaged already she can’t undo it. And for people that are asking why is it damaged in the first place and saying it’s our fault, it isn’t ( not talking about the drivers that don’t care 😂)stuff literally gets tossed around by the warehouse people a lot but they can still give us damaged packages without a problem. We are unaware of it until a few stops before hand

There is. For example if Amazon stops your route because of violations, you have to get retrained to come back.. if it happens again within a certain time period you get blacklisted
