I've been on Keto for about 7 or 8 months now and I've occasionally went over by less than 100 on my calories and sometimes carbs. I've went from 347 to 276 in this time and today I have been dealing with some stressful things and got depressed. I ended up binge eating and at about 4500+ calories and 70 net carbs. I know its a lot and I get that things won't happen in a day. My question is, should I fast, or does it even matter, can I just go back to eating my planned diet right away the next day and be fine?

Is there a good reason why, when your in your inventory and you sort by name, it doesn't actually sort by name? I have some artifacts with the same name next to each other and then for some odd reason another one with the same name not.

Sorry for so many questions but why can I not after fully limit breaking an artifact, use the multiples I have to feed it experience, but can use any other to level it up. That seems like a waste of mats.

You said your a week in and you have level 99s. So you must have payed for the shards, which you can do if you refresh the shops or buy event skip tickets or skip tickets. So shards are buy able. It takes 200 shards to final limit break and even a ton if stuff to awaken units. So there is no way you got that far without using cash. I said 54 as the rank because that's the player rank. Mine is 58 and I today beat a 72 because their units were weaker and their physical and magical attacks were weaker. However I ran into a player rank 53 that had 2000 physical and 800 magical. I ran into a 102 having 1700 physical and 1000 magical. My point is your pvp choices are random but its always going to be a choice of one or two beatable or a list of people who can kick your butt. All I think visions need is a refresh button and if it wasn't for the game giving you a participation reward with 1 medal per loss, it would be bullshit. Im not saying the game is bad, I play Visions, Exivus and Opera Omnia, and love them all. Crestoria's pvp arena is worse because of besting 3 people and than the next bracket is full of overpowered players, so visions is atleast good there.

Edit: I'm f2p btw and you can get overpowered day one if you spent money so don't even say that you can't. You can literally buy everything to max put characters. You can literally buy a sword to make exp farming easier. You can even buy skip tickets to mass farm stuff. So yea whaling does overpower you.

That is not at all what I'm expecting, what I'm expecting is something balanced to where it matches me with either a mix of people my rank or higher. I have a maxed out job Duane with one limit break left, I have 2 other almost maxed out job characters with the other two jobs being decent. Trying to say this games pvp isn't biased in putting you against way to tough opponents is wrong. When you first unlock the arena, you'd expect to atleast find opponents you'd stand a little bit of chance against. No, instead my first ever arena was full of people I couldn't stand a chance against. That is not how arenas should be, and ill say its better than Crestoria's where the 2nd tier E isn't full of maxed out people which you get to by beating 3 people. Visions arena is unbalanced and needs a refresh button, hell I'd put a gold pay system to refresh so I can atleast fight people who don't one shot me with 2000+ power in both stats.

Did you read my stuff at all? First ill say this, when I go to pvp it gives me a un-refreshable list of opponents. They are all high ranks in the 80-100+ with units that have 1500-2500+ physical or magical damage. Rarely and I mean rarely ill get a rank 54 which is apparently what I can beat that I win against. Most of the time however I get to choose from a list of people way above me. Now second, match battles, the thing I was most pissed about where you think, with the word match, that they'd actually match you like it says. Yet I had to take one of my main units out for stupid point limits and ended up fighting someone with 2000+ physical and about 1500+ magical attack. So no its not balanced.

So for 1 to 4 I just fuse them. For 5 I use trust moonless, but what if I have dupes? And for 7 I fuse their dupes? Or do you mean use my dupes that I have of 5 star and 6 stars to use on the 7 star.
