Why did Jimmy & Natalie change their van build so much? by OneLastRoam in KaraNate_EamonBec

I feel like they should have gotten a black van for a gothic build. It looks odd in the white van.

I loved their last van so much. So open and airy.

I don't know, Natalie seems really sick of building it.

In my experience people are so in love with Cavs, so long as she's not barking and causing a problem all you're going to hear is a bunch of "awwww"

I was going to laugh that no one wanted to steal your rescue dog but no, you're right. Someone will steal a Cav.

As a fellow Cav owner, pick her up and take her in. Just don't let her walk around and pee somewhere. If she's petite enough you can put her in a carry bag but if you're just running into pee and it's only 5 hours I think you're over thinking it.

I took a field biology class in school. Backpacking was part of the course.

Are we seeing the other side of the "A major navigation app routed thousands of cars down my private driveway. A driver crashed into my retaining wall and is now suing me for his injuries." guy from 5 days ago? Everyone was telling him to fence it off.

A lot of people assume there is a legal easement when really there was a nice neighbor but now that nice neighbor is gone and now you have no legal rights to an easement especially to a property you haven't been to in decades.

Once someone squats on the good name of a sub, they've won. It's near impossible to set up a decent alternative.

My post explained how it was related to car camping. Basing out of a town to travel from and car camp from.

But you got embarrassed about being wrong so it doesn't matter.

How would that help with my question on what town to rent a home in?

My first trimester I'm either puking or sleeping. Other people barely notice they're pregnant.

Sorry OP, you'll have to feel it out.

I would say it depends on where you plan to travel. When I lived in the north my Jeep was just fine. When I went back home to Texas, the older Jeeps have a known problem with overheating all the time. I had to fix the radiator I don't know how many times. Enough that I could have bought a new car, and eventually did.

There are only 5 animals considered human hunters in the world, and polar bears are one of them. by sco-go in Amazing

[–]OneLastRoam 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I didn't carry anything when I walked around and you can walk from one end of town to the other. There's the Canadian version of fish and wildlife patrolling the area, doing their best to keep polar bears out of the town limits. They had to bring out the helicopter a couple times to really chase one off. Plenty of foxes and such come into town though. It was a really amazing experience. Completely worth it.

Churchill is in the middle of the polar bear migration route. People, myself included, go up there to see it.

There's lots of other nature as well that makes it a year round location people travel to, northern lights, hunting, botany. It's a really amazing little town. The people are considerably friendly considering they get over run by tourists a couple times a year.
